CHIPTUNING AUDI S3 8Y 2.0TSI DNFB 310KM is the latest version of the S3 generation 8Y model. The
car is equipped with the latest 2.0TSI engine with DNF designation, also available in Golf 8R, Cupra
Formentor and Skoda Superb models. The new S3 is impressive and extremely powerful. This is
especially surprising because the predecessor was relatively boring and did not differ from the rest
of the popular A3 models. The wheel arches are 1.5 centimeters wider on each side. The large black
radiator throat with a large mesh grille and the side air inlets with black contours create an
aggressive and sporty look. This is similar to what is already known from the S-Line, but is more
similar to the design of the RS. For an even sportier look, Audi offers optional Matrix LED headlamps
with eye-catching daytime running lights. However, standard on the S3 are aluminum mirror
housings (as in previous generations years ago) and two pairs of tailpipes at the rear. Larger
dimensions of the tailpipes and diffuser characterize the rear of the sports car. Not as aggressive as
the front, because it is an S model, not an RS, but still thrilling, especially when it departs on the
starting procedure.

If you have any of the above models, you can be sure that the DNF engine chip tuning will be at the
same level as in the described model! A small hint for users of the above-mentioned cars is the use
of 98 fuel due to the fact that DNF units generating performance with a stronger boost are more
prone to knocking combustion. If we add to this the fact that 95 fuel in Poland is often of poor
quality, it can be concluded that it is wiser to refuel with good quality fuel in order to maintain a
longer engine life.
After several hours of work spent on the dynamometer, we refined the Simos19.6 controller
software to safe ignition and recharging values. The temperature parameters at the exhaust
remained within a safe range. The result of our work is a significant increase in the dynamics of the
car while maintaining safe engine operating parameters.

AUDI S3 8Y 2.0TSI DNFB 310HP PERFORMANCE After measuring the series, it turned out that the
DNF unit did not differ in parameters from the well-known CJX or DJH. The car on serial software,
after flooding with 100 octane fuel, showed 332KM and torque at 439Nm. After modifying STAGE 1,
the unit revealed its potential, over 410KM and 515nm, all while maintaining safe engine operating
parameters!
